Intermittent fasting is currently one of the worlds most popular health and fitness trends.
Many studies show that it can have powerful effects on your body and brain and may even help you live longer.
What is intermittent fasting?
The most common intermittent fasting methods involve daily 14-16 hour fasting with 8-10 hours to eat.
Other methods include 1 – 2 24 hour fasts in a week and also eating only 500- 600 calories for two consecutive days per week.
Personally, I eat between 8 am and 6 pm. I find this suits me the best as I fast at least 3 hours before bedtime (9.30 pm).
I played around with these times, but I 100% feel so much better and get a better nights sleep when I fast from 6 pm.
