Training and recovery begins at The Train Station Gym – which is owned and run by Des. We are a unique gym with a tribe of dedicated followers who just want to be the best that they can, whether that is running a 5k personal best or preparing to compete in ultra-endurance races. Our gym has a great range of equipment to support you on your sporting journey.
Along the way, we are susceptible to injuries which means our training plan has to change …. NOT STOP … CHANGE or ADAPT and that’s the difficult part. Despite suffering many injuries Des has learnt to overcome these challenges and continue to train. With sound advice and the best most up-to-date knowledge from the industry, Des will work with you to recover stronger and fighting fit!
